Skills and Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 6+ year’s post qualification experience.
The successful candidate will be commercially driven and be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Strong written and oral communication skills, good organisational skills and an ability to be attentive to detail are essential.
Candidates should have experience of handling a broad mix of civil and commercial litigation matters, including debt collection, property and construction disputes, a mix of company and partnership litigation and contractual and other negligence related cases.
Experience of contentious probate and/or employment matters would be an advantage.
Candidates must be capable of forging and maintaining strong client relationships, must be willing to market and travel as required between offices.
