Job Details
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our client, a leading property group. You will be exposed to fantastic work with high quality, friendly and experienced lawyers. The business prides itself on culture and promoting talent in a true meritocracy.
We are looking for a driven, pragmatic and enthusiastic lawyer, who will work closely with the team in their HR and B2C arm. The role has arisen due to the need to add further internal resource and the successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the future of the business. You will have experience working on a wide range of corporate commercial matters, with focus on debt recovery and/ or the regulatory landscape in estate agency.
The role requires a 5+ PQE lawyer with extensive generalist experience, especially with solid transactional experience. You will be involved in a vast spread of work, from high value contracts to franchising and everything in between. This will suit a commercially minded individual, with a positive attitude and available for immediate engagement.
