Contracts Manager - In House

A market leader in the IT sector seeks to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager to join a thriving in house Legal and Contracts team.

THE ROLE

This is a an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for a Contracts Manager to handle high value, large scale, complex IT outsourcing contracts

Working alongside a team of Con.tract Managers and Legal Advisers the post holder will work as the trusted adviser to the sales and operational teams.

The focus of the work will include responsibility for identifying commercial and contractual risks and solutions for both private and public sector customers.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants will ideally have the following:-

Relevant technical skills and a knowledge/experience of the IT services/technology industry, particularly of outsourced managed services contracts

Extensive experience of contract management including the identification and management of customer responsibilities

Excellent contract drafting skills

Solid background dealing with disputes

Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with service delivery teams and senior stakeholders within a sales led organisation

The position can be based out of any of the UK offices; London, Berks, Herts, or the Midlands. The role will involve some travel.
