This firm is considered one of the most prestigious in the global legal market, particularly for Private Equity, which is its core area of focus.
In London, where it has been established for several decades, the Private Investment Funds’ team is led by award-winning partners representing blue chip private equity clients, and they are now recruiting at the NQ – 2 PQE level.
The successful candidate will be working on high quality work, whilst playing a pivotal role in fund structuring, whilst dealing with initial negotiation of subscription agreements and other Funds matters.
An associate joining this team will be working closely with elite Private Equity firms advising on funds of funds, infrastructure, debt funds, sovereign wealth funds and real estate funds. The team also works extensively with alternative fund managers and other asset managers.
Applications are welcome from excellent trainee solicitors and associates at leading international law firms.
