Job Details
Our client is an established international firm that is looking for Corporate associates to join the team in London.
This particular role is sector-focussed, and involves cross-border transactional work in oil & gas M&A, joint operations, LNG project, and upstream project development activities. Considering the variety of work on offer, the team advises a wide range of clients, from international developers, sponsors and funds, to oil & gas companies, NOCs and government bodies.
The team encourages frequent client interaction, which is ideal for a candidate that is looking to boost their professional development prospects.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of PQE, with prior Corporate experience gained at a highly-regarded UK firm. The candidate must have oil & gas/energy sector experience as well.
