Fantastic opportunity for Residential Property Lawyers seeking greater flexibility and handsome remuneration. - Acquisitions and Disposals of Freehold and Leasehold property
- Registered and Unregistered land
- Transfers of Equity
- Remortgages
- Grant of Easements
- Probate sales
- Liaising with HNW individuals
You will be given the autonomy to work with minimal to no supervision so proactivity is key. Familiarity with case management systems would also be beneficial, as would prior experience working on a temporary basis, however neither are essential.
