BCL Legal are delighted to be assisting a market-leading global practice to recruit an Employment solicitor with upwards of 1 year PQE to join its highly-tiered Employment practice in London.

Your role will involve the full range of non-contentious and contentious employment law. You can expect to work on a wide range of areas including but not limited to global contracts and policies, human rights and modern slavery, global mobility and immigration, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants, and complex grievance complaints and investigations.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an Employment solicitor:-

- With a minimum of 1 year PQE;
- From an established employment team;
- With significant non-contentious experience;
- With significant contentious experience in matters before the Employment Tribunal, High Court or Court of Appeal;
- committed to delivering an exceptional client service.
