The role
This Top 80 firm are looking for a Commercial Property solicitor, ideally 1+ years PQE to join their flourishing Southampton office
The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. The team are looking for a candidate with the right driven attitude coupled with a strong understanding of Commercial Property law to join their team.
You will work on a dynamic caseload built from years of the firm servicing their clients. Examples of caseload would include sales and acquisitions, finance, licenses and landlord and tenant matters. You will be working on caseloads varying in value and complexity, giving any ambitious solicitor fantastic and unrivalled caseload exposure.
Requirements:
- You will Ideally have 1+ years PQE and you will be ambitious and driven.
- You will have a great eye for detail.
- You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate (but dependant on experience)
- Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
