In House Counsel - Wealth Manager Part Time

An exceptional role for a solicitor c 5PQE + with a financial services backgrond to work part time in house

THE ROLE

As a member of a well established in house legal function, within this private client investment manager the post holder will be expected to handle a broad wealth management/commercial workload advising stakeholders and management on regulatory and commercial matters.

Providing legal and commercial advice on; marketing. data protection support, corporate matters, software licensing and development, technology issues and general legal matters relating to the day to day operation of the Group's business areas.

Assisting with company secretarial work; preparation of agendas and papers for Board and Committee meetings,

Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.

Liaising with external regulators and advisers.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this sought after part time role, candidates will ideally have a background in regulatory/financial services with excellent technical and commercial skills.

The role is part time and will be c 3 - 4 days per week with an excellent work life balance
