Residential Development - HEAD OF - London - NEW - CITY

This is to be a brand new strategic appointment to head up and lead the residential / mixed use development offering in the City office of this substantial firm. With an already leading residential development brand outside of London, the aim is to hire a senior level lawyer with first class expertise in this area. Your experience should include advising clients throughout the development cycle in respect of high-value mixed use and residential led development schemes, including eg public land deals, Build to Rent and student housing accommodation as well as perhaps in large urban regeneration schemes. Either private and /or public sector expertise is of interest. You will be supported by fantastic real estate, construction, planning and projects teams and with the lead position in London, it is a clear opportunity to achieve greater visibility and increase your market profile.
