Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality legal advice on a range of litigation and dispute resolution matters for the business on a global basis;
- Briefing senior management on various commercial issues which could cover topics as wide ranging as corporate finance, commercial, employment, capital markets and financial services regulation;
- Reporting directly to the Head of Group Legal and acting as an integral member of the Group Legal team;
- Managing external counsel and delivering advice and support on legal developments.
Your key skills:
This role is best suited to a lawyer who has had at least 6 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. You should be comfortable working with senior management and managing external counsel. As you will be supporting the business on a global basis, you should be able to build relationships across the business and manage a wide range of different issues on both advisory and transactional matters.
