The role


The firm are seeking to hire an Immigration Partner into their growing and long-established Camberley office.


You will be growing the immigration department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.
You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.


You will join an award-winning business immigration team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.


You will deal with a high-quality client base and will deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owner's entrepreneurs. Both based in the UK and non-UK clients dealing with a varied caseload including; Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sponsor licence tier 2 applications, Tier 2 compliance, advising businesses from SME to FTSE 250, Acting for Tier 1 "high-value migrants", Leave to remain, Extensions to work permits and leave to remain.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role


Requirements

  • You will be an Immigration Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
