Job Details
This is a very exciting opportunity at a leading fin-tech company for a Data Protection lawyer in London. The role will report directly into the European Head of Data Privacy.
The role will include:
· Providing data privacy legal advice on data privacy legislation
· Managing day to day legal queries on all relevant data privacy activities within specific areas
· Working with the Regulatory team to develop positions on new regulatory and legislative initiatives
· Managing, negotiating, drafting, amending and advising on all contracts from a data privacy perspective
A strong candidate will have:
· Key Data Privacy experience
· Experience at a leading private practice firm - preferably with secondment experience
· Experience of working within a technology and digital legal environment
