IP Associate

Are you an Associate looking for a new challenge? A top legal 500 law firm is seeking a high calibre solicitor to join their Intellectual Property and Life Sciences team.

What will the role entail?

* The focus of the role is business critical patent litigation and related patent and regulatory advisory work
* Advising a wide range of life sciences, blue chip technology, manufacturing, and retail companies on business critical IP litigation to achieve market access and to maintain market positions, as well as all aspects of the exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights


What do you need?

* Qualified in England & Wales
* Associate with 4 years + post qualification experience
* Experience in a City firm or other leading IP practice and must be technically excellent, commercially aware, and enthusiastic about business development
* A first degree in a scientific discipline (for example, molecular biology, biochemistry or chemistry) would be advantageous but is not essential
