This firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to actively support their professional development and establish their career.

The Role
The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 1+ PQE to join them
You will be engaging in a mixture of Commercial Property work, ensuring that your day to day schedule is varied and dynamic. Your work would include, but not limited to buying and selling commercial property, reviewing and drafting terms and conditions as well as dealing with company's house formalities.
The successful applicant must be able to work unsupervised and have excellent attention to detail. It would be preferable for you to have experience in a wide range of commercial matters.
You will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in marketing and business development for growing the firm.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 Years PQE
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You will have excellent IT skills, with experience of MX Office packages and case management systems
- It would be preferable for you to be based locally
