Conveyancer - Plot Sales job in Cardiff with leading South Wales firm.

Your new firm
Your new firm specialises in volume legal outsourced solutions to the banking, insurance and corporate sectors. They are a fast paced and growing business that prides themselves in providing the best in class legal advice. They have a new opportunity for a Plot Sales Conveyancer to join their Commercial Property department.

Your new role
Your role will involve ensuring efficient processing and high levels of service delivery to all clients. You will be expected to manage your own caseload of standard plot sales, part-exchange buy ins and part-exchange resales. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, liaising with clients and chasing solicitors acting for the other side, as well as assisting colleagues to meet department targets and SLAs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced conveyancer and will ideally have a high level of administrative and IT skills. You will have experience of managing your own caseload, a strong eye for detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
