Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice is looking for a Senior Associate or Partner to join their growing London Team.

The Firm

The firm is one of the most well regarded, well established in the UK, with offices spread through out the country.  Recently posting record turnover, their lawyers offer advice on the full spectrum of legal services, with a major emphasis being on litigation.  They represent clients from wealthy individuals and SME’s to large corporations, both domestically and abroad, over multiple jurisdictions.

The Team

Their business crime unit is now looking to expand, with the appointment of a senior lawyer.  The team advises businesses and senior individuals on corporate crime issues, including investigations and prosecutions brought by enforcement bodies including the Serious Fraud Office, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Financial Conduct Authority, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and the Information Commissioner’s Office.  They undertake sensitive work and are currently engaged in representing companies and individuals in a number of fraud and corruption investigations in the construction, defence, energy, insurance, legal, public and retail sectors.

The Candidate

As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you will be an experienced white-collar crime lawyer, with proven track record of winning business and maintaining strong client relationships.  As this is a senior appointment, you will be expected to actively assist with the growth of the department, tapping into current clients of the firm and also actively seeking out new business. A following and existing network of contacts is also essential.
