This is a senior level, probably Partner level role, working in private practice as a Private Client lawyer but still working for a top commercial heavyweight practice, and even the role is centred around looking after and further developing this firm's excellent range of work on the bespoke and HNW Private Client, Tax Planning and Wealth Management side of things, with other teams focusing on and dealing with the more mundane and the more volume areas of work.
You will be an experienced Private Client lawyer with an excellent background including of dealing with high grade work, perhaps already a Partner for a number of years at your current firm.
Our client's Private Wealth practice gets involved in the full spectrum of will writing and lifetime planning work, from more straightforward will drafting to lifetime planning for HNW/UHNW clients with often complex asset portfolios, overseas assets etc. A significant percentage of their work comes from private individuals, including internal referrals, particularly from the firm's corporate and commercial teams.
