Banking and Finance Paralegal

LAW Absolute is working with a US law firm who are looking for a banking and finance paralegal to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be providing support to fee earners and associates working on many transactional deals.

Your duties will include but are not limited to;

• Case and transactional management
• Researching points of law
• Assisting with closings

The working ours for this role are from 11am/12pm to 7pm/8pm. Some overtime may be also be required.

To apply you must have at least a 2.1 at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC. Previous experience within a similar setting is desirable.

It would be highly advantageous if you had a Training Contract secured for September 2020.
