The Role
This leading firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 2 years + PQE to be based in their flourishing Lincolnshire office.
The Commercial Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base.
You will work as part of a highly experienced team; the caseload will be varied, making for a more exciting role. Work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Commercial leases and some Development work.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2 years + PQE
- You should have real commercial acumen
- The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential
- Salary is competitive and dependent on your level of experience
