Senior Transactional FS Lawyers – Top-Tier Bank – IBOR Project – Long-Term Contract

The Client

Our client is looking for senior banking lawyers with a transactional background to work in several global investment banks in Central London on a 12 month contract (minimum).

The Role

The work involves repapering IBOR contracts, with specific focus on:

  • Advising in regard to derivatives, loans, bonds, structured finance, ISDA, and securities finance;
  • Managing and supporting junior lawyers and trainees; and
  • Advising the business on the commercial impact of work undertaken.

About You

You should:

  • Have top law firm or in-house training;
  • Have significant banking transactional experience;
  • Be a UK qualified lawyer, with 8+PQE; and
  • Be looking to move into a new role ASAP.

This role is ideal for someone looking to work on interesting and high-calibre work, whilst retaining a good work/life balance (9am-6pm average hours). Once this project is completed there will also be the opportunity to move onto other projects, therefore adding longevity to the role.
