The Role
The firm are currently seeking to hire a Real Estate Development Senior Associate / Partner into their thriving Bristol City Centre office.
You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. You will lead the department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.
The firm does a lot of work in the housing sector, working alongside housing associations and private developers. Many of the firm's clients have been diversifying into open market sales and private rental markets, competing with traditional house builders in a highly commercial environment. Many are also involved in large-scale development and regeneration projects and engaged in complex joint ventures and funding projects.
The variety of work will make for an interesting role.
Requirements
- You will be a Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE
- You will have good technical credentials and a passion for development work
- You will work well in a team and have excellent communication skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
