Job Details
A premium City law firm is seeking a professional support lawyer (PSL) with broad finance experience to support the firm's busy global finance practice. The new hire will be based in London and work across all finance workstreams, including leveraged finance, lending to funds, corporate lending, infrastructure M&A, real estate finance and bank advisory. The position will involve the production and maintenance of precedents and standard documents, delivery of awareness and training and knowledge management.
The role would suit an existing PSL or an experienced fee earner who is looking to make the transition into a PSL role. The ideal candidate will have broad finance experience and a keen interest in knowledge management. The ability to support the firm's finance lawyers and its clients is essential.
