A Company Secretarial Assistant is required by a well-known company based in Cheshire but commutable from Liverpool, Merseyside, Warrington and Manchester. This is a role which would involve you working closely with the organisation's Company Secretary, the in-house legal team, and other internal stakeholders on company secretarial processes across the group.
Although experience in an assistant company secretarial role would be preferred, the organisation is also open to candidates with alternative experience in another area that would lend itself to this type of work (e.g. working in the legal sector within corporate, commercial, regulatory or compliance). Training can be provided if you have the right attitude and aptitude but actually have experience in another related area of law.
Your duties will be wide and varied and include managing processes and procedures across the group, ensuring compliance with statutory disclosure requirements, submission of filings, maintaining accurate data, more general legal governance queries and other ad hoc work to support the function.
Candidates must have strong organisational skills and be diligent and able to multi task effectively.
This role can possibly be done on a part time basis - so please enquire if you have a particular working arrangement that you need to stick to, or want to move towards to suit your lifestyle.
