About the role:

As part of this well established team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters and engage in business development and supervision of juniors. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, dependent on experience.

In this growth role you will gain exposure to the following workflows;

- Manage a caseload of Private Client work including wills, estate, probate, inheritance tax and succession planning
- Acting for ultra high net worth individuals including salaried professionals, high profile business leaders, celebrities and national lottery winners
- Dealing with very complex private client matters and sensitive issues

About you:

You will be an experienced Private Client Associate/Senior Associate familiar with the full ambit of private client work and a demonstrable passion for this area of specialisation. Given this role is Birmingham based, having worked in the West Midlands market would be of benefit in the role but is by no means a prerequisite. Experience of dealing with high net worth individuals is essential for this role.

You will be a qualified solicitor and it is anticipated that you will have a minimum of 6 years experience in wills, trusts and probate matters but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role. You will be a proven team player with impressive interpersonal and communication skills and will bring a willingness to develop and expand your career expertise as part of this highly respected private client team.
