The Role:
· To set up and lead a new team in Bristol - for one of the UKs most recognisable professional service brands;
· To network internally, ensuring that the legal team is recognised and fully utilised with the organisation;
· To recruit, manage and train a team of junior lawyers;
· To work to agreed targets and develop the team in accordance with the agreed plan.

The Candidate:
· Experienced corporate solicitor with superb technical skills;
· Prior experience of managing and supervising junior solicitors;
· Proven ability to network internally and work across departments;
· Knowledgeable and innovative - with ideas about legal services can be provided in a better way;
· Superb client care skills;
· Ambitious and keen to seize an absolutely career defining opportunity.
