Investment Management/Real Estate Funds Lawyer – London – 12 months – up to £800/day

Our client, a leading investment manager in London, is looking to hire a junior to mid-level lawyer on an initial 12 month basis. The role offers a mixture of transactional and regulatory responsibilities for this individual:

  • Advise on fund disposals/investments for the company’s real estate funds across EMEA, including negotiating and drafting applicable fund documentation (including share purchase agreements);
  • Providing legal advice on AIFMD and MiFID II queries in relation to various pitches and ensuring all activities are compliant with the applicable laws and regulations;
  • Draft and negotiate various transaction documentation (general commercial contracts, IMAs, NDAs, procurement/service agreements etc.).

You must be at least 4PQE, UK qualified, and have top city law firm training. Experience with real estate funds is desirable and you must be available to start this role in 2-4 weeks time.
