Commercial/IP Partner (Practice/Team Head)

Our client is a highly regarded City firm with a strong commercial presence. They are well known for representing a client base littered with household names including large multinationals, FTSE companies, owner- managed businesses and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. They are looking for someone to help grow, develop and lead the Commercial/IP team. They have an established presence in this market and need a strong business winner and client developer to join as the leader of the team. The firm offers a great platform for a commercial / IP partner to add to their current work which includes advising clients on a wide range of IP / commercial agreements. The intellectual property team advises clients on a wide range of IP issues, including registration of trade marks, licensing, distribution and franchising to help clients create, protect, exploit and enforce their intellectual property rights. This strong base will enable an experienced and senior lawyer to develop their practice whilst allowing their existing work to flourish.

The successful candidate will find a firm looking to invest and support the partner in managing and growing the team and taking it to the next level.
