Your new company
This rapidly growing organisation, with a strong business model and track record for success across the globe, is looking to appoint a commercial solicitor to manage a range of in-house legal queries with a focus on commercial contract agreements and IP matters.

Your new role
You will join a rapidly growing organisation, reporting into the General Counsel & Company Secretary for a global business on the cusp of further international expansion. Your role will involve handling a broad range of commercial contracts matters in relation to IT contracts, distribution and manufacturing agreements, marketing contracts, confidentiality agreements and more across all major continents. You will work on a varied workload of commercial contracts, legal projects, managing queries as well as supporting senior solicitors in the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with solid drafting skills and excellent relationship building skills as you will be engaging with the business at group level. If you have in-house or secondment experience that would be ideal or if you are an ambitious private practice lawyer looking to develop your skills in-house, this could be a great move to accelerate your career with an international business.
