This leading offshore and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their top-flight Trusts & Private Wealth practice on Guernsey. Their lawyers act for an impressive range of major international clients including professional trustees, private clients, banks and financial institutions. Their work covers the full range of high-end structures, including private, corporate, charitable, purpose and commercial trusts, foundations and partnerships. With a fully integrated practice, they also represent trustees and beneficiaries in contentious cases and administrative applications. For this role, the team are particularly seeking someone who is offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified, with strong technical knowledge and understanding of trusts and underlying corporate structures.
