Your new company
Leading international law firm who provide a range of professional legal services to leading clients predominantly in the insurance and corporate sectors. Whilst this is an international law firm, they are friendly and approachable and are known for their modern approach and outlook to legal services. Into the next year, they are planning to grow across a number of well-established teams and offices due to increased work levels.

Your new role
You will be joining the firm as a Corporate Paralegal. This will be a varied role where you will draft ancillary documents, conduct KYC and due diligence and investigate legal matters using databases, although this is not an exhaustive list. You will also manage various client company secretarial matters as well as having the responsibility for ensuring the associates and partners you are working with are fully supported in new client pitches, meetings and business development.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a paralegal working towards CILEx or equivalent legal qualification; alternatively, you will be an LPC graduate with significant experience and technical knowledge/expertise. You will understand corporate law and have excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the initiative to work alone as well as be a team player. Competent IT literacy skills and great attention to detail is desirable.
