Job Details
As a result of a current growth in demand, we are currently seeking Commercial Litigators for prospective interim / temporary roles in Private Practice within Essex. This is the perfect opportunity for those desiring a work life balance with greater flexibility and excellent remuneration.
The successful applicant will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Shareholder / Partnership Disputes
- Contractual Disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Tortious Disputes - misrepresentation, conspiracy, pure economic loss
- Insolvency Disputes
- Insurance Disputes
- Banking & Financial Disputes
Prospective applicants should be prepared to work with little supervision so self-sufficiency and self-motivation are imperative. Additionally, familiarity with case management systems would also be favourable.
The ideal candidate should be available immediately or at short notice and be hungry for the opportunity to develop themselves professionally. Experience working on a temporary basis would be preferable but is by no means a prerequisite.
