Your new role

As the sole corporate counsel you will be responsible for all the organisations M & A activities and joint ventures within the umbrella structure that consists of hundreds of well established businesses. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and will work closely with senior stakeholders within the business on acquiring and disposing of assets. The company has engaged in significant acquisitive work of late and you will get the chance to work on exceptional quality work in a multicultural, global environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a UK Qualified lawyer and have trained in a reputable city firm and will have the confidence to work autonomously. You will have a proactive and flexible mindset, ready to work both autonomously and as part of a team when needed, as well as being able to align with the organisation's strategy.
