A well established Chesterfield practice are looking to recruit a residential conveyancing solicitor to head up their residential conveyancing team..
The busy practice is growing fast and has always been great place to work and an excellent firm to do business with! Due to continued success they are now in a position to recruit an additional head into the residential team only recently recruiting into their commercial property team. This role will manage the residential property transactions only and will require someone with a good knowledge of residential property fee earning and any exposure to tendering for the CQS and lexcel quality standards would be an advantage.
For the right candidate there will be a clear pathway to partnership for this role!
They are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or FILEX to be based in the chesterfield office. A must for the role is the ability to run a busy caseload. A small team, you will be reporting directly to one of the Partners and you can learn a lot from them, an individual with over twenty years' experience.
