THE ROLE
For an associate to join a corporate tax group advising clients of all kinds, particularly across the firm's chosen sectors.
They act for listed entities, private companies, PE houses, W&I insurers, funds, start-ups, management teams and private individuals and cover all taxes, both direct and indirect, and in both contentious and non-contentious situations.
The work is a healthy mix of transactional and advisory and the team prides itself on being able to use its technical expertise and commercial acumen to find pragmatic solutions that meet its clients' needs.
ABOUT YOU
A corporate tax associate with 1-3PQE, you will be given the opportunity to handle wide variety of work performed in the tax team, with a chance to work in a multitude of areas.
Candidates will need to be technically excellent (having trained at a well-regarded firm), ambitious and driven, commercially astute and good communicators.
