Job Details
We are working on a rare position within the Real Estate team at one of the leading US firms in the London market.
The team acts provides bespoke advice to property investors and private equity houses on their property acquisitions, joint ventures and financings, as well as distressed debt trading, leasing matters and loan portfolio acquisitions.
The team is a specialised operation sitting in close contact with the mainstream corporate and banking practices, and has consistent access to elite-level work.
This role will focus on real estate finance transactions and applications are welcome from mid-level associates at other leading practices in the City, ideally coming from a dedicated REF practice although more general banking associates are also of interest.
The firm has a distinguished culture that is noted for its entrepreneurial approach. They are looking for like-minded energetic and ambitious lawyers who can add value to the growth of the business as well as performing at an accomplished technical level.
