Our client is a very successful and sizeable UK headquartered firm with offices in all the major hubs across the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

The firm focuses on four main industry sectors with energy/infrastructure being one

POSITION

The successful candidate will work within the highly regarded Energy & Infrastructure team, advising a variety of clients on a mix of energy transactions.

The team operate across the full energy spectrum with clients ranging from small oil and gas E&P companies, to global power businesses to European renewable energy companies. 

They advise these clients on all manner of transactions; M&A, construction, project development, regulatory, energy trading and project finance.

CANDIDATE

You are likely to be between 2 and 5 PQE, currently working within a leading law firm or energy organisation.

Ideally you will have a broad mix of energy experience, both domestic and international and possess a strong desire to work on the most challenging and innovative transactions across the globe.

A genuine interest in the energy sector is important as is the ability to work within a close-knit team.
