This well-established commercial law firm are seeking two Real Estate Solicitor's to join their extremely busy London office.

This firm are well-known for their real estate offering and this presents a brilliant opportunity to join a firm that can offer growth and progression opportunities for the right Real Estate Solicitor.

These two Associate roles have been created due to an increase in work, presenting a brilliant opportunity to work alongside highly experienced and recognised Real Estate Partners on a broad range of commercial property matters.

This team routinely advise investors, developers and occupiers on matters spanning leasing and management, complex structuring and purchases. The client base includes sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors and banks. Recently, the team has advised on some major landmark developments within London, as well as assisting developers nationally. The firm act mostly for landlords.

Applications are invited from Real Estate Solicitor's with a minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience. You should be able to demonstrate a strong track record within commercial property matters as well as evidencing sound drafting skills and a highly commercial approach.
