Are you seeking an opportunity with one of the West End's most prestigious firms? You will find a lovely Partnership with such a strong family feel throughout the practice. Over the years, they have attracted Lawyers out Top city firms, wanting to join a more entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. This has given them an unheard-of staff retention rate.

They now stand at over 60 Lawyers and are multi-service, their average length of service is 9 years which speaks volumes for the emphasis they place on the people that work there. They have continued to move up the Legal 500 rankings.

In the last year they have invested in new technology which has streamlined many processes allowing fee earners to become more efficient.

The Role

The firm is recruiting for a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner to join their flourishing West End office.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work across a broad client base, ranging from SME, OMB right up to well-known household names with an impressive roster of National companies. You will find that there is a varied caseload, which will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant, Development and Portfolio management.

This is one of the smallest departments in the firm but is busy and has so much potential for growth. The firm feel that business development just from existing clients would prove for an excellent flow of work, making now an exciting time.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career growth and progression. For the right candidate Partnership and even equity is on the cards.

This role would suit a candidate seeking progression and a route to Partnership, perhaps in a top-heavy team, or a Partner seeking a lateral move.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience)
  • You will be based in the flourishing West End office
  • You should have a good billings history
  • Experience of developing new business is desired
  • Experience of managing team would be to advantage,
  • Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional, lucrative bonus structure.
