Your new company
A leading UK firm is looking to expand their Commercial team in their Reading office. My client has over 1000 staff working across the UK and works across 71 sectors of Law. Acting for large corporations, SME's, entrepreneurs, public sectors, charity organisations and individuals alike. Their clients respect the firm for their "exemplary service", code of practise, heritage and engagement, their clients often refer others to them for all types of legal work. The Commercial team has now been fully integrated in Reading and assists both Southampton and London with corporate matters.

Your new role
The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years+ PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates). You should have first-class communication skills. Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
