The firm are therefore in search of an Employment Solicitor with 5 + PQE to join their new office based in Sutton, Surrey

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a well established team based in Sutton, Surrey.
The firm handles advice for employers and also for employees on a full range of employment law issues, including discrimination matters, redundancy payments and misconduct dismissals.
They provide their expertise in the drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements, often securing a more attractive exit package for their clients than the one originally offered.
Clients come to them from every type of business and a wide variety of industries. They act for businesses and individuals in all sectors and are now planning for an ongoing growth strategy.
They have expanded into new locations due to the acquisition of other offices so this is a truly fantastic time to get on board!
Requirements:
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with ideally at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- The firm can offer excellent prospects with a route for progression
- You should have good technical knowledge and the ability to deliver excellent client service
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
