The Role
- You will be involved with a broad range of commercial matters
- You will join a team that collectively develops services, processes, systems and technologies for their wide range of clients
- You will work on commercial contracts with a particular focus on technology and data protection
- The freedom and flexibility to handle your role in the way that is right for you

The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Commercial Solicitor
- Sound knowledge of commercial contracts and Data including GDPR is desirable
- Strong academics with training from a top tier firm or in-house legal team
- Desirable experience in technology contracts, development and licensing arrangements
