Job Details
We have been instructed on a role at a US firm in London looking for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers working at Magic Circle, Silver Circle or leading international firms to take a step-up in their career to a US firm in the London market.
The smaller R&I team means the candidate will benefit from hands-on experience in addition to superior learning and development opportunities which are unable to be offered by the larger international firms in London.
The work involves a range of cross-border restructurings and insolvencies across Europe, and the US, including working closely with colleagues in the firm’s other offices on large and complex matters. The work spans a range of sectors including construction, retail, aviation and energy.
The partners are looking to hear from candidates with between three to seven years of relevant post-qualification experience.
The firm pays their lawyers US salary rates in London so the successful candidate will receive a strong remuneration package.
