Job Details
We have been instructed by a White Shoe US firm’s London office in their search for a mid-level Private Equity M&A Associate.
The firm’s lean and well-respected London Corporate team is a long-standing advisor to blue chip sponsors from the US and European market. The partners in London work on stand-alone matters as well as in conjunction with their US counterparts on larger cross-border leveraged buy-outs and strategic investments.
There is a need to recruit a new associate with a strong track record of working on high-value private equity M&A transactions, ideally from another US or highly-regarded UK law firm in London.
Candidates looking to apply should have around 2-5 years of post-qualified experience.
An excellent academic background is also expected of candidates wishing to apply.
The firm is looking for candidates who are ready to take on responsibility and work in a highly-focused team environment at a firm with a heavyweight presence in the US, UK, and elsewhere.
