Rare opening at this popular mid-sized City firm for an experienced corporate lawyer looking for a varied role with excellent prospects in the short to mid term. The caseload includes M&A, flotations and secondary fundraisings, private equity, venture capital and corporate advisory work working for a client base of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 businesses, multinationals, private equity houses and hedge funds. You will have a good grounding in private M&A and corporate advisory work for listed companies, with particular experience in public M&A and/or equity capital markets. (Ref 881812)
