Our client is an exciting, fast growing entertainment company that specialises in the development, production, distribution and brand management of kid's TV content.

It is part of a wider Group, which is a leading international entertainment company with film, TV and music operations across the world.

This person will be responsible for merchandising and distribution and will draft and negotiate a variety of intellectual property licence agreements, as well as focus on UK and international brand licensing and character merchandising for some of the world's best loved pre-school brands.

You will also advise the commercial teams on IP, infringement and legal risks to ensure that all licensing agreements meet the business corporate objectives.

In order to be successful you will be a UK qualified lawyer, or equivalent, with NQ-2 year's PQE experience.

You will have excellent drafting skills and some exposure to IP law. Any experience of licensing and merchandising will be beneficial but is by no means essential.

The role is fun and fast paced requiring an ability to work across multiple territories within an approachable and collegiate team.

You will be well developed and gain invaluable commercial and legal technical skills along the way.
