Our client is a renowned blue chip PLC in the manufacturing sector with its HQ based in Westminster, London. As business activity increases and exciting new growth projects take off, they wish to hire an additional corporate commercial lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to undertake a full service, multidisciplinary inhouse legal role, supporting all their "business as usual" activities, mainly on the corporate and commercial contracts side.
You will form part of a great quality inhouse legal team and enjoy many opportunities for growth and development.The position suits someone currently working inhouse OR a corporate commercial lawyer from private practice (with some secondment experience ideally) who wants to make his/her first move inhouse.
Experience of MA, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts including procurement would be excellent. The work will be of high quality and this is a fast paced, international business which will suit a lawyer who is a team player, robust and with a high level of emotional and cultural intelligence. Good interpersonal skills are a must!
