Having managed to nab a large chunk of the traditional investment and development commercial property market - not to mention real estate finance and corporate real estate- this truly global law firm has seen stratospheric growth in its real estate (in particular development) business by specifically targeting the real estate needs of non-real estate occupiers across Europe and beyond.
This strategy has been incredibly effective, not to mention profitable, and in addition to adding some of the most sought after corporates in the world to the firm’s client roster, it has given the real estate team great buying power and kudos to further its London and European expansion.
The firm, which also benefits from through-flow from its Far East, US and Middle Eastern offerings, is looking to hire an additional London based real estate partner into what, by many measures, is the strongest real estate offering in Europe.
