The role

The firm are looking to hire a Banking and Finance Partner into their Leeds office.

You will lead the department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

You will join an award-winning banking and finance team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

You will be responsible for providing advice to banks, financial institutions, borrowers and other stakeholders on a variety of financial matters including senior and junior debt finance, asset-based lending, trade finance, and asset finance.

The broadness and variety of the caseload will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

  • You will be a Banking and Finance Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is of advantage, but is not essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
