My client, a US firm, are seeking a mid-level corporate lawyer. The team are going through an exciting expansion phase and are particularly busy, so they are looking for an associate willing to take on more responsibility and wanting the opportunity to junior associates.
The practice offer a breadth of corporate work, from M&A, Private Equity, corporate finance and capital markets. The work is complex, high value and international. In addition to a broad role, you will be working across various sectors, from financial services, manufacturing, real estate and TMT.
